Before founding Blue Mind Performance, I spent over a decade in senior leadership at Flight Centre Travel Group, holding full P&L accountability across 600 staff and 90 locations, delivering 5-year record growth (+$2.5M) and the highest profitability improvement of any state globally.
Since 2022, I've brought that operational grounding to leadership development and facilitation, designing and delivering programs for clients including AIM WA, Luminate Leadership, Engineering Education Australia, and Australian Facilitation Consultants. I hold Cert IV Training and Assessment, Gallup Strengths Coaching, PRINT, DISC and EQi 2.0 certifications.
My work has earned ministerial recognition for redefining industry practice, and I now help organisations and government agencies adopt AI responsibly without losing sight of governance, judgement, and human oversight.
